Requests submitted after business hours will be answered on the first business day following that submission. If you have not heard from someone within one business day, please call the office during business hours at (843) 669-9890 or email our Venue Coordinator directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that submitting this form DOES NOT mean your event has been booked. A date is not booked until a non-refundable deposit has been paid and a Rental Agreement contract has been signed.
Before submitting, please check the website calendar to verify that the date you want is available. NOTE: available dates are printed in black, rented dates in very light gray. If your preferred date is taken, decide if you will accept alternate dates before submitting your request. Also, check back again. Events do sometimes get cancelled or changed, opening up your preferred date!
