The Match Maker Conference Center can accommodate 300 people standing and 125 seating is common for this facility. Extra tables and chairs can be supplied for larger events.

Renters responsibility: THE BUILDING MUST BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS FOUND,CLEANED AND READY FOR A NEW FUNCTION THE NEXT DAY! Extra fees apply only if you would like for us to take care of these items.

• $50 Clean up fee to empty trash and wipe off tables.
• $50 Floor cleaning fee to clean and mop the floors.
• $50 Set up fee to set up and arrange tables for your event.

Tables

Renters are responsible for furnishing tablecloths for tables if so desired.

• 72" round (7 tables that can seat up to 10 each).
• 60" round (4 tables that can seat up to 8 each).
• 50" round (2 tables that can seat up to 6 each).
• 30" x 96" rectangle (10 tables that can seat up to 8 each).

Chairs

• 65 Gray cushioned fabric steel chairs.
• 20 Red vinyl covered chairs.
• 50 Folding, vinyl covered chairs.

Kitchen

20' by 20' Kitchen is equipped with ice machine, cooler, refrigerator, 3 compartment commercial sink, double oven stove, and a microwave oven. The kitchen is equipped mainly for caterers who wish to warm and prepare pre-cooked food. No frying of foods is permitted in the building. You can cook or barbeque outside of the building.

Serving room

20' by 20' room with wall-to-wall murals on wall is available to serve food, host a meeting, or be a backdrop for wedding pictures.

There is a large front patio area with a fishpond and basketball goal. Groups like this area to serve cocktails and refreshments.

Entrances

There are 3 entrances to the building with large covered porches with ceiling fans.

Back yard area

This is a good wedding area as well as a beverage serving area for large parties and wedding receptions. The side yard is big enough to place a 60' by 90' tent, or could host a large outside event. There are 13 acres of land in this facility. A golf course is presently being built in the back area. A nice catfish pond with Mallard Ducks is located here. A wooden bridge leads to an island in the middle of the pond that is popular for outdoor wedding events. In the middle of the island, water gushes into a stream running to a waterfall spilling over the sidewalls into the pond.

Accommodations

Motels: Best Value Inn (3024 TV Road) is one mile from The Match Maker on TV Road . There are also plenty of motels/hotels located one exit north at Exit 170 and one exit south at Exit 164. There are also many restaurants located at these exits and in nearby Quinby. Many food delivery services are available for your meetings.

Payment Policy

We must have a down payment before we can guarantee a date. The total must be paid in advance at least one month before the event. The down payment is not refundable. The rental party is fully responsible for any damage done to the facility while it is under rental. We provide building only. You bring your own caterer, entertainment, DJ, and bartender.
